Enabling Service Seekers (individuals or families seeking such services) to search and connect with suitable Service Providers based on specific preferences and requirements.

Usage Restrictions:

ChooseMaid does not charge fees to Service Seekers or Service Providers based on any subsequent employment or independent contractor agreements formed between the parties.

Any contractual arrangement, whether employment or independent contractor-based, is solely between the parties involved. ChooseMaid bears no responsibility for any disputes, damages, or claims arising from these agreements.

ChooseMaid does not validate or verify the authenticity of its Users or the information they publish on the Website. The platform does not conduct interviews, background checks, or any form of screening. By using the Website, you accept all associated risks, including the potential for harm, when interacting with other Users.

2. Accounts and Passwords for Users

You must register for a user account ("User Account") on the website to access and use certain services provided by the website. As part of the account creation process, you are required to provide ChooseMaid with your name, email address, and any other data or information requested during the client account registration process ("Registration Data").

In these Terms of Service, "Personal Information" refers to any data that can identify a specific individual, including but not limited to your name, email address, mailing address, gender, date of birth, and any other information you choose to submit electronically through the Website. Once your User Account is created and approved, ChooseMaid will provide you with a password and account designation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, as well as for all activities conducted under your account.

You acknowledge and agree that ChooseMaid reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject your request to create a User Account or to cancel or suspend your User Account if ChooseMaid has a good faith belief that you or a third party using your account has misused or may misuse the Website or its Services.

Maintain the confidentiality of any passwords or account identifiers assigned to you or chosen by you during registration.

3. Eligibility Requirements

By using the services provided by ChooseMaid, you represent and warrant that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

You are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time your user account was created.
If you are registering as a service provider, you are legally able to work in the country where you are seeking employment.
You are not currently required to register as a sex offender with any government agency, and neither you nor any member of your household has ever been involved in any legal action, criminal offense, or complaint related to violence, abuse, neglect, fraud, or any offense that endangers others' safety.

Fees for User Accounts, Terms, and Renewal

A. The Website and Services are free for Service Providers to use.
B. Service Seekers are charged for using the Website and Services. Upon receiving complete payment, ChooseMaid will activate the Service Seeker's account and provide access to the Service Providers database.
C. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. ChooseMaid Maid and Nannies Portal Service membership is intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another individual or entity.
D. Employees or affiliates of cleaning companies, competitor businesses, maid/nanny services, or other housekeeping-related organizations are prohibited from registering on the platform. ChooseMaid connects individual households with independent service providers to maintain high service standards and reliability.

4. Renew

Your package will not automatically renew once it expires. If you wish to continue the service, you will need to renew it manually.

5. Site Usage Restrictions

Except as expressly provided herein, you agree not to utilize the Website for any commercial purpose without first obtaining ChooseMaid's prior written consent.

Without limiting the generality of the aforementioned, prohibited commercial uses include:

Using the Website and/or any Website content primarily for the purpose of earning advertising or subscription revenue.
Selling advertising space on any third-party websites.
Using the Website to post jobs, find childcare at home, find nannies, or run babysitting businesses without ChooseMaid's express consent.

Use of Website content that has been expressly designated in writing by ChooseMaid ("Designated Information") in press releases or on external websites is not considered a prohibited commercial use, provided it does not primarily serve to generate advertising revenue or to compete with ChooseMaid.

6. Individual Information and Service Use

You acknowledge that our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference and is a part of the Terms of Service, governs your use of the Website and the Services.

By accepting the Terms of Service or using the Website, you fully consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information, including your Personal Information, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

ChooseMaid’s Services facilitate connections between Service Seekers and Service Providers through search features, allowing Service Seekers to find the best Service Providers based on their preferences.

Once a match is made between a Service Seeker and a Service Provider, ChooseMaid is no longer involved in the relationship between them.

Any agreements or relationships arising between Service Providers, Service Seekers, or any third parties are independent, and ChooseMaid is not a party to these agreements. ChooseMaid shall not be liable to any party in connection with these relationships.

In no event shall ChooseMaid, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents, third-party contractors, suppliers, or licensors (collectively, the "Company Parties") be liable for any special, moral, disciplinary, substantial, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, loss of revenue, profit, or any other economic loss, however caused, and regardless of the form or cause of action, even if the Company Parties have been informed of the possibility of such damages.

13. Compensation

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChooseMaid, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, demands, or damages made by a third party that arise from or are related to your use of or conduct on the Services and Website. This includes covering any reasonable legal fees incurred in connection with such claims.
