I have Bachelor of Social Work and Diploma in Child Psychology Counseling and experience working closely with children, especially those with special educational needs. My work mainly focuses on supporting children with autism and developmental delays by creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment. I enjoy helping children build communication, social, and cognitive skills through play-based and activity-based learning. In my previous roles, I have worked one-on-one with children to improve their behavior, emotional regulation, and daily learning abilities. I use different strategies such as sensory activities, music, movement exercises, and fine motor tasks to keep children engaged and motivated. I also support children in developing independence and confidence by encouraging them to participate in classroom activities and social interactions. I have experience observing children's behaviors and adjusting activities according to their individual needs and abilities. Patience, empathy, and consistency are key qualities I bring to my work. I strongly believe that every child has unique potential, and with the right guidance and encouragement, they can achieve meaningful progress. In addition to supporting children academically, I also focus on their emotional wellbeing and communication skills. Working with families and other professionals is an important part of my approach to ensure the child receives consistent support. Overall, my passion is to help children grow, learn, and feel confident in their abilities while creating a positive and supportive learning experience.
