About Caroline

I’ve worked both as an assistant teacher in a nursery and as a nanny for private families over the last 3 years. As an assistant teacher, I learned how to manage groups and follow lesson plans. As a nanny, I got hands-on with one-on-one care, routines, and working directly with parents. Together, it’s given me a good mix of classroom skills and personal childcare experience.
